Directed by: Michael Apted 49 UP is the 7th film in a series of documentaries which began 42 years ago when Granada?s WORLD IN ACTION team interviewed a group of seven year old children for a program called SEVEN UP based on the theme ?Give me a child until he is 7 and I will show you the man.? The children have been interviewed every seven years at 14, 21, 28, 35, 42, and now at 49 on subjects as widely ranging as love, marriage, career, class, and prejudices. NOTE: Shown on Digital Beta SP
