Landing the perfect internship can provide you with the necessary networks to land the perfect job. The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) reported that employers find their own internship programs as the most effective resource for recruiting college graduates for full-time positions. In fact, the same employers reported that about 32% of their new hires came from their internship program. Additionally, 54% of respondents said that their new hires had some internship experience.
