Description
Offered by the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) as part of the Leadership Academy, this course is designed for emerging leaders who want to learn the basic skills associated with peer coaching. Participants will be able to define coaching and distinguish it from supervision. They will be given the tools to make a distinction between criticism and feedback, as well as the opportunity to provide feedback to colleagues.? - Miller School campus:Wednesday, March 31 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Dominion Parking Garage, Suite 155
