MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

INTRODUCTION:

The Equipment Managed Maintenance Program offers the opportunity to cut the annual cost for maintaining your equipment, and the possibility of shared savings of the unused budgeted amounts.  The current vendor and level of service will remain unchanged.

THE PROGRAM OFFERS

• Maintaining your present service vendor

• Corrective maintenance coverage

• Preventative maintenance coverage

• Glass coverage option

• Option available to expand current coverage to 7 days/24 hours

ECONOMIC BENEFIT

• Guaranteed reduction of current budgeted cost, generally 10% to 25 % lower

• Participation in a shared savings partnership with the potential to produce additional savings (on unused budgeted dollars under the program)

ADDED VALUE

• Fisher technical consultant and account administrator on-site.

• Reporting on equipment service history, savings, etc.

• Management reporting brings focused view on trends and maintenance performance

CLAIM PROCESS

• No pre approval required. Immediate NOTIFICATION is required on service costing $10,000 within 48 hours

• Work order tracking system for claims management is provided

• 100% audit of field service reports
