What is the CISSP CBK anyway?

The CISSP CBK is an industry wide standardization for the knowledge, skills and processes commonly accepted and shared by information security professionals. It is the aggregate work of expert minds, literature and best practices in information security.  Contributors to the CBK are security professionals who may or may not be employed by (ISC)2.  To ensure you are receiving the most appropriate training available, when choosing a provider for your CISSP prep, ensure that the provider employs working security professionals who can pass along real world experiences and case studies, rather than career trainers.    Our extremely high pass rates speak to our trainers’ understanding of the knowledge and ability to pass it along to students.

Prerequisites

The CISSP program is targeted at professionals with at least 4 years of experience in the information security field or 3 years of experience and a college degree.
