NEW FEATURE!

When entering final grades, you may see that some students are "Not financially registered." You now have the ability to give those students a grade. We will hold those grades indefinitely until the student settles his/her financial matters. At that time, the grade will be posted to the student's transcript, requiring no further intervention on your part. Please be sure to enter a grade for every student before attempting to release your grades.

Where do you get help?

If you need help, email the Office of the Registrar or call 305-284-2294. We are available M-F, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or visit our office in the University Center, room 121. Be sure to read the online tutorials for entering midterm or final grades first. It could save you a trip!
