University Compliance Committee
The University Compliance Committee provides central coordination and oversight for all compliance activities and reports to the Provost. The goal of the UCC is to monitor, provide support, and fulfill the University’s legal and ethical compliance obligations. The UCC works in conjunction with the University units that oversee compliance activities ranging from research and athletics to human resources and enrollments. The University has compliance offices for athletics, billing, privacy and research compliance & standards. The UCC meets quasi-quarterly and its members are as follow:

Contracts and Compliance Committee
The Contracts and Compliance Committee is a weekly forum where a multitude of interdepartmental issues are presented and discussed. The Committee focuses on University contracts and related issues and also discusses issues within the following areas: grants, liability, risk, patents, human resources and conflicts of interest. Weekly meetings enable the Committee to improve communication between administrative units on these interrelated issues, ensuring consistent interpretation of University policies and procedures. Committee members represent the Office of Research, General Counsel's Office, Business Affairs, Technology Transfer, Controller's Office, Human Subjects Research Office, Research Standards, Facilities Management, Human Resources and Compliance.
