The Accounts Payable department is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of invoices and disbursement of monies to vendors for goods and services provided to the University of Miami.   Departments share the responsibility for timely and accurate payments to vendors by opening and adequately funding a purchase order and making sure that Accounts Payable is notified when goods are received (when applicable).

The Accounts Payable department’s hours of operation are 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. from Monday to Friday and is located at:
