I.M.P.A.C.T. (Individuals Maximizing Potential And Creating Tomorrows) is a weekend leadership retreat where a carefully selected cohort of emerging and established leaders are exposed to an intense curriculum and divided into workgroups to tackle new initiatives.  This premiere leadership immersion experience on campus occurs twice per academic year. Activities range from outside team builders to personality assessments.
