New in Spring 2008! The Butler Center for Service and Leadership now offers leadership certificates; training in essential topics for new and experienced student leaders! Starting in the Spring semester, two five-week long certificate programs will be offered on interpersonal communication skills for student leaders and group dynamics. To earn the certificate, you must attend all 5 workshops and complete the other certificate requirements.

Certificate in Group Dynamics - Mondays 5:00- 6:30 p.m. Topics such as High Performing Teams, Conflict Management, Managing Change, & Facilitation Skills

Certificate in Interpersonal Communication - Tuesdays 5:00- 6:30 p.m. Topics such as Captivating Any Audience, Crucial Conversations, & Winning Others Over
