George W. Jenkins Scholarship Program


The George W. Jenkins Scholarship program was established in honor of Publix founder George W. Jenkins. Through his perseverance, Jenkins was able to establish the largest employee-owned supermarket chain in the United States.

The George W. Jenkins Scholarship is open to U.S. citizens who are high school graduates from Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama and Tennessee with strong academic credentials, significant financial need and a history of overcoming adversity.
