Eaton faces Lake Osceola in middle of campus. Eaton is a suite style residential college with two rooms sharing a common restroom. The College is coed by suite and is predominately filled with returning students. Eaton houses approximately 400 students.

Students in Eaton are also centrally located to classes and to the dining halls in Mahoney/Pearson and Hecht/Stanford.
