SCHOOL OF ARCHITECTURE - Hands On Early On
The Center for Urban and Community Design (CUCD) offers students the opportunity to work with faculty on master plans and building designs for the South Florida community. Connecting the experience of design and development, students learn lessons that can’t be duplicated in an academic setting. Projects focus on issues ranging from historical preservation and environmental conservation to zoning, low-income housing and mixed-use development.
