• Highly motivated students invited into the Foote Fellows Program can design their own courses of study and work closely with dedicated faculty mentors.

• Students can participate in research projects in more than 150 laboratories.

• The Office of Student Academic Services is the first stop for all undergraduates who need answers to procedural questions, have problems or need to talk to someone about university matters. It is also home to directors of freshman advising, pre-med advising, senior advising, transfer advising, pre-law advising and undeclared major advising.

Still deciding on a major? Students who enter as undeclared begin their academic careers in the College of Arts & Sciences. The focus on a well-rounded liberal arts education in Arts & Sciences and guidance from the Center for Freshman Advising ensures that our students take classes that satisfy their academic curiosity while fulfilling requirements toward a degree.
