Living on Campus
Residential College Activities
The University of Miami's residential colleges provide a complete living and
learning community where students have the opportunity to create life-long
friendships
and experiences
alongside faculty, staff, and other students from around the world.
The faculty, RAs, and RC will work cooperatively with the students to create
great social and educational activities to enhance the quality academic learning
UM students receive.
Just a few examples of the past programs made available for students include:
•
book clubs
•
study groups
•
personal safety
•
kayaking
•
fashion shows
•
floor dinners
•
mixers
•
Miami Heat games
•
notable speaker presentations
•
drug and alcohol education
•
nature/museum field trips (i.e.. Hemingway House in Key West)
Students should be on the lookout for more fun activities planned throughout
the year.
