Criteria: Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and have resident satatus in Florida. Must be entering junior or senior year of undergraduate studies. Must be full-time student in a public four-year Florida college/university or the University of Miami with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. The Thomas R. Pickering Graduate Foreign Affairs Fellowship Program
Criteria: Winners are expected to enroll in the first year of a two-year full-time master's degree program such as public policy, international affairs, public administration, or academic fields such as business, economics, political science, sociology, or foreign languages. Applicants must have a minimum undergraduate grade point average of 3.2 or higher on a 4.0 scale. A cumulative grade point average of 3.2 or higher must be maintained throughout participation in the program.

Ritchie-Jennings Memorial Scholarship
Criteria: Eligible undergraduate and graduate applicants must be currently enrolled full-time and taking at least 12 semester hours, or equivalent, per term at an accredited four-year college or university with a declared major in accounting or criminal justice. Junior college, community college and high school students – including graduating seniors – are not eligible to apply. No past winners are eligible.
