Lilly Diabetes Scholarship Program

Criteria: Must have been diagnosed with Type I diabetes. Plan to attend an accredited public or private college or university in the Fall as a full-time undergraduate student. Must be able to show involvement in the diabetes community. Must have contributed to diabetes awareness or overcome obstacles with respect to living with diabetes.
