Driving to Coral Gables campus
All routes below lead to the Pavia Parking Garage on the Coral Gables Campus, where temporary day parking passes are available. If you park in Pavia, it's an easy walk to the Office of Admission in the Ashe Building.
From Miami International Airport: Take LeJeune Road south to Ponce De Leon Boulevard. Turn right on Ponce De Leon and travel about 1 mile to Stanford Drive, main entrance to UM. Stop at the entrance gate for directions to the Pavia Parking Garage or continue on, turning left from Stanford onto Levante Avenue, then right onto Pavia. The garage is on your left.

From Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport: Take 595 West, which connects with I-95 South. Take I-95 South, which becomes U.S. 1. Continue about 5 miles. Turn right on Stanford Drive, main entrance to UM. Stop at the entrance gate for directions to the Pavia Parking Garage or continue on, turning left from Stanford onto Levante Avenue, then right onto Pavia. The garage is on left.

From I-75: Take I-75 to the 826 West exit. 826 West turns into 826 South; continue on 826 South until the Miller Drive exit (SW 56 Street). Head east on Miller to Red Road (SW 57 Avenue). Turn right onto Red Road and continue to Ponce de Leon Boulevard. Turn left on Ponce and go to Stanford Drive, UM's main entrance. Note: These directions take you to the University Parking Garage on campus. Visitors may park here at no charge during special events like our Open House dates and Miami-Dade County Information Session.
Driving from Miami International Airport - Take LeJeune Road south to Ponce De Leon Blvd. Turn right onto Ponce De Leon and travel about 1.4 miles to South Alhambra. Turn right into the University Parking Garage.
Driving from North/Downtown – Take I-95 south, which feeds onto U.S. 1; continue south on U.S. 1 (about 5 miles). Turn right onto South Alhambra and continue straight into the University Parking Garage.
Driving from South/Pinecrest – Take U.S. 1 north to Red Road (SW 57 Ave.). Make a left onto Red Road and an immediate right onto Ponce De Leon Blvd. At the second light (South Alhambra) turn left into the University Parking Garage.
Driving from Northwest Dade – Take I-75 south towards Miami. From I-75 take 826 south. Continue south on 826 towards Kendall and take the Miller Road exit. Turn left onto Miller Road (SW 56 St.) and continue to end of road. At the end of Miller, turn right onto San Amaro Drive. At the end of San Amaro turn left onto Ponce De Leon Boulevard. At the first light (South Alhambra) turn left into the University Parking Garage.
Driving from Southwest Dade–Take 874 north to 878. Take 878 east toward South Miami, which feeds onto U.S. 1 north. Continue on U.S. 1 north to Red Road (SW 57 Ave.). Make a left onto Red Road and an immediate right onto Ponce De Leon Blvd. At the second light (South Alhambra) turn left into the University Parking Garage.
Driving from West Dade– Take Miller Rd. (SW 56th St.) east and continue to end of road. At the end of Miller, turn right onto San Amaro Drive. At the end of San Amaro turn left onto Ponce De Leon Boulevard. At the first light (South Alhambra) turn left into the University Parking Garage.
