MHz = Megahertz  is one  measure of a processors speed (106 Hz).

GHz = Gigahertz  is one  measure of a processors speed (109 Hz).

MB = Megabyte a unit of measure for memory, ( RAM, HD, VRAM) equal to 1.05
billion bytes.

GB = Gigabyte a unit of measure for memory, ( RAM, HD, VRAM) equal to 1.07
billion bytes.

RAM = Random Access Memory is used by OS, and applications while computer
is on.
