| The End User Support (EUS) group supports many
different software applications for the University of Miami community. EUS
provides telephone support for the Microsoft Office applications (MS Word,
MS Excel, MS Access, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint), Microsoft Windows 2000
and XP operating systems, Microsoft Internet Explorer support, Symantec
Antivirus, and many other commonly used applications by employees of the
