Paul Orehovec and Dr. Scott Ingold

The Division of Enrollment Management at the University of Miami offers the only graduate program of its kind. Focusing on the integration of theory with practice, the Enrollment Management graduate program guides students and professionals alike through an intuitive, hands-on curriculum.

Experts in the field, and practicing administrators and professors of Enrollment Management at UM, Paul Orehovec and Dr. Scott Ingold have expanded the definition of enrollment management with the vision of an all-encompassing "cradle to grave" continuum:" True enrollment management is a concept and a process. Organizational reporting structures become transparent while integration efforts between offices and divisions work synergistically to improve services and allow the strategic management of the enrollment process. Enrollment is a 'cradle to grave' process that starts at the first point of student contact—the prospect—and continues to and through graduation."

A campus-wide initiative to improve, stabilize or maintain a successful institution, enrollment management benefits not only the institution and its students, but also the faculty, staff and community. By participating in the EM program at the University of Miami, one will gain an understanding of higher education from a variety of perspectives.
