True enrollment management overlooks the traditional bureaucratic organizational charts to boldly propose that enrollment functions be fully integrated, that staff act and think creatively across department lines, and that research be emphasized to fuel good decision-making and strategizing. Cooperation creates synergy - functioning as one. We can capitalize on our common goals and mutual benefits in service of the university's mission.
