Horizons is an orientation program designed to assist new multicultural students in their transition to the University of Miami. This program compliments the University's new student orientation program by presenting students with a preview of campus life.
Parents are welcome to attend the Welcome Reception beginning at 10 am. The remainder of the program is specifically geared to answering student?s questions about college life. We ask parents and families to participate in Parent Orientation. Important Note: Horizons precedes the University-wide orientation that takes place in the evening on August 21st.
