ALUMNI STUDENTS
Those who need to have their grades sent to a school can download the transcript request form below. It should be faxed to the Registrar's office at 305-284-6293. If you are applying to the University of Miami, there is no need for you to request your transcript to be sent to the school as it is already on your record; however, please indicate that you were a summer scholar and the year you attended on your application.
