Biomedical Engineering Society (BMES)-Biomedical Engineering The University of Miami Biomedical Engineering Society promotes the Biomedical Engineering discipline and profession. We provide updates on current and future research and/or studies being conducted in the Biomedical Engineering field at and beyond the University of Miami through presentations and tours by distinguished members and their respective laboratories. BMES also promote the growth of its members by service and social activities. Membership is open to all graduate and undergraduate students interested in the field of BIomedical Engineering.
