All freshmen must live on campus for two academic semesters. This doesn't apply if you're living with family in Miami-Dade or Broward counties or have been out of high school for more than one year. Freshman students residing on campus may not have cars.

For eligible students to park on-campus, you are required to purchase a permit*. We strongly encourage that you purchase your permit at myUM before you arrive on-campus to avoid the long lines.
