How can you obtain access to Kronos?

To obtain NEW access to Kronos, supervisors need to complete and fax (or scan and e-mail) the Electronic Timekeeping Department Information Form  to the Electronic Time Keeping staff. This form needs to be filled out only once when requesting new access.  Any changes/additions in supervisory access will need to be requested from the Electronic Time Keeping  office via e-mail.

Access requests for new supervisors take approximately 2 days to load.  Once a supervisor is given access, they will receive an e-mail with their username, password, Kronos link, and training materials. If additional training is needed, they should contact Mariana Arias at (305) 284-6787.

Managers/Supervisors or the department’s DHRS Administrator should make changes (when necessary) to an employee’s TAG number and template code in DHRS/Kronos screen.  All Kronos supervisory access requests/changes should come through the Electronic Time Keeping office.
