The curriculum encourages free and creative thought, critical analysis and exposes you to a variety of social and scientific issues which are the basis for a well-rounded education. The knowledge you gain through a firm grounding in the liberal arts prepares you for many different and highly competitive job fields, and more importantly will teach you skills applicable in almost every area of your life.
Building upon the extensive benefits of a liberal arts foundation, students will be encouraged and assisted by their academic advisor to design a personalized area of concentration. With appropriate rationale, students are free to blend different subject areas. Examples of previously approved areas of concentration are: psychology/public relations, international studies/history, anthropology/art history, and advertising/administration.
