UPARTYUPARTY is a student group dedicated to educating the University community about alcohol and the dangers associated with high-risk alcohol consumption.
UPARTY encourages students to Think BEFORE They Drink.
UPARTY supports low-risk alcohol consumption, designated driving, peer accountability and responsibility.
Membership is open to all members of the University community.
Benefits of Being a UPARTY Member:
  • Serve as a selected, trained, and certified UM Peer Educator

  • Gain valuable experience educating and mentoring peers on important alcohol and other drug-related issues

  • Get the chance to travel to national and regional conferences where you will learn about important topics, make friends from across the country, and feel the impact and power of peer education!

  • Gain valuable leadership experience that will impress graduate schools and employers

  • Make friends at UM who care about helping people and creating a positive and safe environment for all Hurricanes to make healthy choices!

Meetings are every other Monday at 6:30 pm in UC Ballroom D.
