TV's Apprentice Winner Randal Pinkett Speaks to UM Students About Entrepreneurship

CORAL GABLES (March 28, 2007) - Randal Pinkett, best known for winning the fourth season of NBC’s hit TV show The Apprentice, is touring college campuses to promote his new book, Campus CEO: The Student Entrepreneur's Guide to Launching a Multimillion Dollar Business, and will be on the UM campus on April 13 at Noon at the School of Communication Common Ground Courtyard.

Pinkett, along with some peers, founded BCT Partners while he was a student at Rutgers University. He served as president and CEO of this multi-million dollar management, technology, and policy consulting firm. Upon graduating with a 3.9 GPA, Pinkett was named a Rhodes Scholar and continued his education, earning an additional four degrees, including a Ph.D. from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The success of his business allowed Pinkett to graduate from college without debt.

Pinkett is visiting schools across the country to speak to students about entrepreneurial opportunities that are available while enrolled in college. He hopes to motivate and guide the current generation to adopt the business mindset that has led him to the success that he enjoys today.

This event is free and open to the public. Visit www.campusceo.com  for additional information.
