On behalf of the University of Miami , we would like to extend a special invitation to your institution to attend our 2007 Graduate School Fair. The University of Miami is the largest, most comprehensive private research university in the southeastern United States with a well-earned reputation for academic excellence. We are certain that we have the students who would be the right fit for your program.

The University of Miami is diverse in every aspect. Our student body consists of nearly 45% minority students and is drawn from all 50 states and more than 140 nations. Our students major in 150 undergraduate and 130 Masters programs. Come and experience our diversity on October 25. To confirm your participation in our Graduate School Fair, please fill out the online registration form.

Graduate School Fair Registration Includes:

• Space reservation (includes two representatives), display delivery, and assistance in set-up of table
• Recruiter refreshments
• Inclusion in School Profile Book
• Complete details, including registration information, an agenda, a list of suggested accommodations, directions and parking information, shipping instructions are available on this site.

The Graduate School Career Fair begins at 5:00 pm. We ask that recruiters arrive at least one hour prior in order to set up their table and informational materials. The Fair will be held in the Wellness Center, Center Court.

Early Registration (before Oct. 6)

In order to register for the event, you must fill out the Online Registration Form on this web site. Once we receive your payment, you will receive a Confirmation Email detailing all of the event specifics.

Early registration deadline is October 1, 2007 ($50 late fee for payment made after this date)
Payment can be made online with VISA/MasterCard/Discover/American Express or by check (payable to University of Miami) via mail. IMPORTANT: Please note that if you are paying by check, you must still enter a credit card to hold your reservation. Your card will NOT be charged unless payment or cancellation is not made by October 1, 2007. No refunds will be made for cancellations after October 1, 2007.Cancellations must be made prior to October 1, 2007 to receive a full refund.

Special Note: Hurricane Plan
Please note that this event takes place during Hurricane Season. In the event of a hurricane, our main priority is the safety of our students, staff, and visitors. The University closely monitors all storms and makes a determination regarding closures as soon as possible. If we need to cancel this event, you will be notified immediately via phone and/or email. We will make every effort to reschedule the event, however, this is not always possible. Registration fees for cancelled events will be refunded (we will not refund travel costs such as flights, hotel, etc.).
