Profile:

Mr. Antczak is the director of Compensation for the Coral Gables and Marine campuses.  As partners with the Human Resources staff, the Compensation office develops compensation programs, policies, and approaches to support the academic and business units as they attract, retain, motivate, develop, classify and organize their diverse work forces.  The Compensation office develops innovative solutions by:

1.      Maintaining the University’s classification structures,

2.      Auditing for legal, fair and equitable compensation practices,

3.      Conducting labor market trends and analysis,

4.      And participating in various compensation surveys.
