Mrs. Perez Vasallo is the Compensation Analyst for the Compensation Office, which handles compensation issues for the Coral Gables and Rosenstiel Marine campuses. The Compensation office develops innovative solutions by:

1. Maintaining the University’s classification structures,

2. Auditing for legal, fair and equitable compensation practices,

3. Conducting labor market trends and analysis,

4. And participating in various compensation surveys.
