Requests |
Use
the online
report request form to request reports
as instructed here.
There is a 1-day minimum turnaround for requests that
do not require consultation to confirm and understand
your needs and requirements, and a 3-day minimum turnaround
for requests that do require consultation. Please plan
ahead to avoid requiring faster turnaround. Provide
a needed-by date if applicable. Contact Jose
La Rosa (305-284-6739) if you have questions
about the request form, to follow up on requests, or
to inquire about regularly run reports, such as monthly
production reports.

Desk |
Our
staff can answer the most frequently asked technical
support questions and assist you with your computer
issues including: password, internet, login, hardware,
PDA (Pocket PC and Blackberry), email, and software
problems. |

The
Help Desk provides support Monday through Friday, from
8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Each call placed to the help desk
is logged, reviewed (on an hourly basis), and scheduled
for resolution in the order it was received. |
