University is building a signature alumni center
on the Coral Gables campus to honor the achievements
of alumni around the world and provide a focal point
for the extended UM family. The campaign will raise
$20 million for the building, which will feature:
• a grand lobby
• a café
• meeting and conference rooms
• a business center with internet connectivity
• a suite for student-alumni efforts
• a state-of-the-art telemarketing center
• an outside patio and garden area for entertaining
• a kitchen for catering up to 300 persons
• office space for an Alumni Relations and
Annual Fund staff
• office space for university communications
and development offices
