The Lowe Art Museum is the oldest collecting museum in Miami-Dade County and new home of the Palley Pavilion for Contemporary Glass and Studio Arts. With permanent collections in Greco-Roman Antiquities, Renaissance and Baroque, African, Asian, Native American, Pre-Columbian, as well as contemporary art, the Lowe is recognized for its diversity and innovation. CAS (College of Arts and Sciences) Gallery is a 2,200-square-foot gallery located in the Wesley Foundation building across the street from the Lowe Art Museum. This combination gallery, lecture hall and conference center hosts a variety of exhibits, including shows highlighting the work of students in photography, printmaking, graphic design, and sculpture.
The Bill Cosford Cinema, named for the late film critic at The Miami Herald and UM faculty member, is an independent cinema that runs a wide variety of first-run, classic, and art house films. The Cuban Heritage Collection (CHC), located in the Roberto C. Goizueta Pavilion at the Otto G. Richter Library, is the largest private collection of printed Cuban artifacts outside the island. The CHC is recognized as the premier source of research materials on Cuba, Cubans, and Cuban-Americans. The collection spans nearly 400 years and contains rare books, journals, periodicals, photographs, maps, posters, and much more. It is free and open to the public.

The Phillip and Patricia Frost School of Music offers concerts, recitals, and special performances throughout the year.
