Dear Colleagues,

Every day faculty and staff make a difference in our community and beyond. In addition to your hard work and dedication to our mission, many of you personally give to causes that are important to the University. Thank you!

For those of you wondering how you, too, can show your support, here are a few ways:

• Ride or sponsor a rider for the Dolphins Cycling Challenge (DCC), which benefits the University’s Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center.
• Contribute to TeamUM United Way—your gift can be unrestricted to United Way, designated to a University of Miami fund, or directed to your favorite not-for-profit organization.
• Make a gift to one of the University’s many vital initiatives.

Whether you choose to give to the University through the DCC or United Way, your gift counts toward our Momentum2: The Breakthrough Campaign for the University of Miami goal. In fact, more than 5,000 UM faculty and staff have contributed almost $28 million to Momentum2, surpassing the $16.1 million raised during the first Momentum campaign.
