Just like any other community or organization, everything we do at the University of Miami is informed and shaped by our culture—that set of attitudes, behaviors, values, and beliefs that makes us who we are.

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our University of Miami culture, which directly impacts our faculty, staff, student, and patient experiences, I am asking that you continue to engage with us in steps that will enable us to implement the most effective possible actions for our institution.
