School of Law launches innovative postgraduate fellowship program

The University of Miami School of Law has established Legal Corps, an ambitious postgraduate fellowship program that will place recent law graduates in public agencies, public interest organizations, and judicial chambers in Florida and throughout the country. | more

Researchers win NCI grant to reduce cervical cancer in minorities

Researchers and physicians at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center continue to break new ground in research that benefits the medically underserved. The National Cancer Institute has awarded more than $4.2 million in funding to a five-year Miller School project aimed at reducing the excess rate of cervical cancer among minority women. | more

The University has announced its holiday schedule for calendar year 2011 and information about the December 2010 holidays.     Business students take on beautification projects
    School of Business Administration students dedicated a recent Saturday to reaching out to improve community sites throughout the Miami area.
