South Florida’s sweltering heat and humidity can cause anyone to sweat, whether you’re just standing outside for a few minutes or being “green” by biking to work. Unfortunately, a place to shower or freshen up is not always available. A new University of Miami initiative gives employees and graduate students who bike to campus but are not members of the Herbert Wellness Center access to the state-of-the-art fitness facility’s locker rooms. | more
