University of Miami Information Technology is rolling out three cloud-based data storage and file-sharing solutions over the next few months. The project follows a recent update of the University's SecureCanes Wireless Network.

Researchers Win $3 Million Grant to Study Prostate Cancer Management

The National Institutes of Health/National Cancer Institute has awarded Miller School researchers $3 million over five years to explore breakthrough uses of MRI imaging and genetic signatures that could help clinicians decide if and when to treat prostate cancers that are caught very early. | more

Emergency Notification Network Begins Test

The University will conduct a full-scale test of its Emergency Notification Network August 11-15. As part of the test, ENN messages will be sent to individuals who have registered their personal contact information on myUM.
