Jet over to Orleans, France, for the Intensive French language course at Universite d'Orleans. Located in France's famous Chateaux country, the university has been one of Europe's foremost centers of learning since the Middle Ages. You'll find learning at the university reaches beyond the classroom setting as you take advantage of the beautiful countryside and the proximity to Paris, which is only an hour away by train.
In addition to intensive language instruction, courses and related activities address a different theme each week focusing on the arts, culture, daily life, general economic development, history, media, society, and national and regional traditions.
Three levels of instruction are offered: beginning, intermediate, and advanced. After a placement test, you will be enrolled appropriately. At all levels, the focus will be to help you consolidate your existing language base, develop a greater fluency in expression, and augment your level of comprehension.
Accomodation: Housing arrangements for studio apartments or dormitory rooms will be made for you by the Universite d'Orleans. You will pay for housing directly to the Universite d'Orleans.
Program Fee: $4,590 (estimated) includes tuition, IEEP fee, and planned excursions. Housing is paid separately.
