Once accepted for the program:

Did you obtain your US visa?

Did you purchase your airline ticket?

Did you Register Online and pay your $200.00 registration fee?

Did you provide your personal information for insurance purposes to parker@seas.rochester.edu? (Name as it appears on passport, passport number, date of birth)

Did you obtain traveler's checks for personal expenses (hotel, meals, transportation, tips, etc.)?

Did you give your itinerary and U.S. contact information to parents?

Did you fax the required documentation (liability form, hotel confirmation #) and two family emergency contact numbers?
