Carol re-joined Humana in 2002 to create Humana's Center for Health Metrics, an area within Humana's Innovation Center that was focused on leveraging Humana's data assets. The goal was to create new analytic methods designed to capture, characterize and predict consumer healthcare behavior. These, along with other predictive models and advanced visualization techniques that are used to measure the impact of Humana's consumer-centric programs, have become integral components of Humana's consumer-centric strategies.
