Core Values Emphasized in this Learning Module

Honesty
Dealing truthfully with people, being sincere, not deceiving them nor stealing from them, not cheating nor lying.  Is taking material home from the workplace ever justified?  .

Responsibility
Being accountable for one’s actions – and for one’s inaction when action was required.  Is one complicit in wrongdoing if one knows it is taking place and does not attempt to stop it or report it?

Fairness
The condition of being just or impartial.  How far does fairness extend?  Must employees only be fair to one another, or must they consider other parties such as customers and stockholders?

Integrity
The quality of possessing and steadfastly adhering to high moral principles and professional standards.
