In Memoriam
Longtime FBN Advisory Board member Mike Walker, M.D., died in May 2007 in Panama City after a long illness. Dr. Walker was a respected neurologist, founder of the Bay County Ethics Consortium and a leader in ethics education in Florida. Deepest condolences to his wife of 37 years, Brenda, and their children. A few months before he died, he wrote a letter to FBN Director Ken Goodman reflecting on his illness, his end-of-life thoughts and the compassion of his physician. He intended the letter to be made public. Click here to read the letter.
