A rare opportunity to live in the midst of a tropical enclave awaits qualified University of Miami faculty members. The University is pleased to present Smathers Four Fillies Farm, a new community of 30 single-family homes in the Village of Pinecrest. More than 20 families already call Four Fillies home.
The University has taken special care in the development of Smathers Four Fillies Farm to safeguard the botanical integrity of the estate. Homes are clustered in the central area covering approximately one-third of the grounds. The remaining acreage has been left intact and is currently maintained by Fairchild Tropical Botanical Gardens.
Accolade Companies (formerly known as Breakstone Homes), a South Florida builder with a national reputation for excellence, constructed the residences. MAMCO, a wholly owned affiliate of the University, developed the property. Proceeds generated from the sales of the homes support the academic programs at the University.
