Determining the services and supports your loved one needs is the first step toward planning and obtaining them. However, this section may differ from the other topic areas because it requires you to assess what your loved one needs now, as well as project what those needs may be long-term, in the future. NOTE: The following list is meant to merely be a guide to those life areas where people with developmental disabilities commonly need some assistance. Since every individual is different, please add additional details that are appropriate for your loved ones' needs.
