Rates

The Lowe Art Museum is not currently accepting special event rental requests.  For other campus locations that offer rental event spaces, please visit the Newman Alumni Center (https://www6.miami.edu/alumnicenter/ ) and the Student Center Complex (http://www.miami.edu/sa/index.php/student_center_complex/). 

Basic Gallery use fee is based on a minimum three (3) hour reservation. Staff fees (3 guards and one receptionist) will be charged for the minimum three (3) hour reservation. Janitorial services are a flat rate. In addition, staff time required for deliveries, rehearsal, set-up, and event clean-up times will be billed on an hourly basis. The Museum reserves the right to schedule additional security required for the event.

* University of Miami departments will receive a 30% discount off the non-profit basic room use fee.

* The Lowe Art Museum is unavailable for rental on Mondays.

 

Additional Charges

The user organization can rent Museum equipment, set-up by Museum Staff. An equipment set-up and breakdown charge will be billed (minimum two hours).
