UM is a Florida not-for-profit corporation with its principal offices in Miami, Florida, U.S.A. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction as described in these Terms and Conditions, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with UM, or in any way relating to your use of the UM Site, resides in the state and federal courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving UM or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunication providers, and content providers

Complete Agreement

The Lowe Art Museum (the “Lowe”) retains all rights, including copyright, in data, text, and any other information contained within these files. The material contained in this website is copyrighted by the Lowe, or by third parties from whom the Lowe has obtained permission to publish their materials. Any unauthorized commercial use or publication of any material from the Lowe website is strictly prohibited and may result in criminal or civil liability under Federal copyright laws.

The Lowe’s image and text files on its website are made available for non-commercial, educational, and personal use only.  Commercial publication, redistribution, reformatting, repurposing, or exploitation of the material contained on the Lowe website is strictly prohibited.  Educational fair use and personal use of the contents of this website is permitted, subject to any additional terms or restrictions that may be required pertaining to the individual file or program. An Internet user may download the Lowe’s images and text files and share them with others for limited personal, non-commercial and educational purposes only.
